Enjoy a radiant evening under the stars at our fourth annual Starry Night event while mingling with friends over delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. All while helping to raise money for the Lakewood Hospital Diabetes Center and Lakewood Arts Festival Scholarship Fund.

As one of the first hospitals on Cleveland’s west side to receive recognition from the American Diabetes Association for its outpatient diabetes education program, Lakewood Hospital has been dedicated to treating diabetes for nearly two decades. In response to the high incidence of diabetes in the community, Lakewood Hospital established a comprehensive Diabetes Center. Through the Diabetes Center, patients with diabetes throughout the West Shore area have access to the latest advancements in diabetes treatment and a wide range of services in one convenient setting.

A portion of the proceeds from the Starry Night event goes to the Lakewood Arts Festival Scholarship Fund. In addition to funding a substantial art scholarship to a high school senior who is a Lakewood resident. the Festival Board each year awards community grants to various Lakewood organizations to further their instruction in the arts. In the past grants have gone to the Beck Center, H2O, Lakewood Middle Schools, and other community organizations.
